adds US shipping charges to all orders. However, the charges will be incorrect
for international orders, which are shipped via the US Postal Service. To
facilitate shipment, please indicate the level of service you want your order to
be shipped:
1. Air Parcel Post Most costly 7-10 days (APP)
2. Economy Air Parcel Post Less expensive than APP, takes 10-30 days (EAPP)
3. ‘M’ Bag Least expensive, shipped by land/sea takes about 2-3 months (MB)

METHOD OF SHIPMENT AND PLACE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING AFTER THE GROUP NUMBER:

The Name line should look like this:

Non-FA group orders may be placed in the same way
with this exception: Please add the following information after your name on the
Pay Pal shipping label. Thank You.

(NFA means Not an FA group or member)
The shipping charges applied by Pay Pal will be credited to the actual postage.
The unpaid balance will be billed separately, by invoice, and is due and payable
