FA By-laws require each group to re-register annually prior to April 1.

Please complete the form below to re-register your existing group. It will automatically be sent to the World Service Office. If you prefer to complete a manual form for an existing group registration, please go to “Members” on the main menu, then “Forms”. Download the form, complete it and mail it to:
